Shandong Zhongsheng Paper Machinery Co., Ltd (former named Shandong Province Second Light Industry Machinery Factory) is located in national historical and cultural city with beautiful scenery-Liaocheng city by the ancient canal. Our company is founded since 1959, named Shandong Province Light Industry Machinery Factory, and moved to Licaocheng city since 1967, named Shandong Province Second Light Industry Machinery Factory. Over the decades since founded, we are the key state-owned enterprise and the professional paper machine manufacturer  designated by ministry of light industry. We have combined R&D, Processing, Sales, Installation and Service, and became a technological innovation enterprise. During the past over 60 years, we have provided paper companies with a large number of advanced paper machines, trained a large number of R&D and design engineers, professional skilled workers and excellent management teams.

Our company has 2 factories, one is located in Jiaming Industry Area, 32000㎡，as the old workshop, mainly work on frame, de-water device processing and rolls SST cladding, and new built workshop is located in Liaocheng Develop Zone, 27000㎡，with office building, new installed pentahedral machining center, large CNC Latch, digit display boring and milling machine, plasma cutting machine, and professional vacuum roll processing equipment –gun drill. The new workshop is focused on roll making and high accuracy processing. Now we have 25 million USD capactal assets and can design and produce width up to 6600mm, speed up to 1300m/min full set paper machine, and high grade vacuum roll, shoe press system.

Our company has successively been rated as ‘Ministerial Advanced Enterprise’; ‘Provincial Contract and Trustworthy Enterprise’;National  ‘Secondary Measurement Qualified Enterprise’; ‘Shandong Province Science and Technology Demonstration Enterprise’ and so on. Passed ISO-9001 quality certification on December 15, 2001. The cardboard machine produced by our factory and the Fourdrinier multi-cylinder cultural paper machine have been awarded the titles of provincial and ministerial high-quality products as early as the 1970s and 1980s. And we are the Chinese Paper Machinery Standard setting up company.
Since the new workshop built in 2017, our company, we have adjustment on our direction, aimed high technology, precise product and service as our target, and paper machine, specialty paper machine, vacuum roll, shoe press sytem as our main product, supply installation and rebuild technical support service.  In the division of personnel functions, two divisions have been established: Paper Machine Division and Vacuum Roll/Shoe press Division. Meanwhile make great efforts in technical reserves, integrate the senior research and development talents of paper machine and shoe press cultivated by the Second Light Machinery, optimize various specialty paper machines and shoe press technical solutions, and make technical reserves for the production of specialty paper machines and shoe press. At the same time, we invited famous vacuum roll experts to build China's vacuum roll manufacturing highland, and take a solid step for the vacuum roll to replace the imports.
As the creed ‘science and technology is the first productive force’ we always believe, we have continuously increased investment in science and technology and innovation, invited famous consultant from several paper industry design institute. Through the cooperation with domestic and foreigh companies and our training, our professional design, processing and service team are successfully built. And we have the capacity to build middle and large paper mill turn-key project.
During the past more than 60 years, from the VAT machine in 1960s, low speed fourdrinier machine in 1980s, till high speed, high width multi fourdrinier machine since 1990s, Step by step, we have always followed the development of China's paper industry and become an evergreen tree in the paper machinery industry.
